Acceptable Use
What may not be done with the service.
Do not
Use the service to break the law, or to access or monitor people or computers without authority from the organization that owns them.
Probe, scan or test the service's security without written permission (see SECURITY.md for how to report vulnerabilities responsibly).
Attempt to bypass sign-in, approval, role or audit controls, share credentials, or use another person's session.
Upload malware, or use remote-access features to deploy it, or to interfere with other tenants or the platform.
Store data the service is not designed for, such as payment card numbers or health records, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, except where law allows.
Remote access
Use Remoat only for supporting computers your organization owns or administers. Tell the person at the computer before connecting unless your organization's policy allows unattended maintenance. Do not use it to record or intercept communications; consent rules vary by jurisdiction.
Remote Assist shows the person's live screen. Use it only to help that person, give an honest reason in the request (the person sees it), and tell employees in advance that IT may ask to view or control their screen with their consent. Customer is responsible for any employee notice its jurisdiction requires.
Enforcement
Odyssey may limit or suspend access to protect the service and other customers, and will notify the Customer's Head Admin where practicable.
